Moment to moment in all of your relationships. Moment-to-moment deepening into truth and intimacy. Moment to moment becoming the one... the one who is worthy and lovable and powerful.

This program will be expansive and include many practices for nervous systems regulation and expansion, and for integrating all of the material into your BODY. We are taking all of this way beyond the mind.

Orgasmic Meditation (OM) Training
A 15-minute partnered practice that builds power, expands capacity to hold sensation, and deepens embodiment. This is an hour long virtual training that is taught fully clothed. *If you have a partner they are able to attend as a +1 to the training, no extra cost.
