Judgement, shame, doubt, all of that might need to be cleared, and that’s what we are getting up to in practice. It takes practice to fiercely lead yourself to the truth of your heart, and courage to surrender to the guidance within you.
Only you can take yourself there, love.
Only you can love yourself awake.
No matter what it is you think is in the way, we are meeting it at the level of the body and the energetics at play that are beyond strictly mental comprehension (reality vs in your head) and releasing the past. The medicine is in the moment, in our allowing it to unfold—we don’t need to force anything.

A practice and teaching video
Each Module of Divine Union Within includes an embodiment journey or practice. Each practice includes breath, sound, and movement to liberate stagnant energy. Ultimately you are learning how to lead yourself to your own edge and surrender there. Some practices are shorter, intended to get you stirred up, juiced up, and activated to take yourself through some more practice- whatever you feel you need… some pleasure, maybe? ;) Some will be longer embodiment journeys, which are longer experiences after which you will most likely want to be still to integrate and receive. At the beginning of each week you will get a video from me giving you everything you need to know for the practice and introducing the weekly theme… You can browse the modules below!
live coaching call
Each week we will come together as a group to share and connect around the module theme and practice. Some weeks will include guided meditation and energy healing as well as coaching. Group coaching is so powerful because we get to see parts of ourselves in each other. Before our final call together, every one will also have a 1:1 call with me, where we get to go into aaanything you feel stuck around or desire to dive into even deeper. There will also be a group forum for sharing between calls as desired.
Modules
Create Space
We start by slowing allllll the way down. Slowing down creates the space to tune in to the energetic language of intuition and access the truth of our experience, what is really happening in the different layers of our being. If you have been going fast and blowing by the whispers of your body (drowned out by the yelling in your mind) there is trust in yourself to rebuild. To truly bring through all the love and light in your heart, you have to liberate what has been in the dark. You will learn how to tap into and (through practice) harness your sexual energy, which is an extremely potent tool for rapid nervous system expansion. To access pleasure and creation, we have to release shame, judgement, perfection… again and again. This is the feminine realm, it can seem like total chaos, which is why she’s been suppressed. She is fierce, soft, and so deeply loving. The goddess includes everything; she knows she contains the entire universe. You already do. Are you ready to come out as the goddess that you are?
Die Willingly
What dies? Whatever is between you and the truth. Train your nervous system in dropping resistance and resilience in being with yourself through the experience of doubt, judgement, what have you, those experiences we normally shun. What we touch fully, dissolves. Freedom is when we trust ourselves to be able to hold what either direction has in store for us, when we can trust that, either way, the experience that wants to happen is FOR US. This includes laying down with your fear, facing what comes up around death, and letting the parts of you that no longer serve die. Step into the fire of transformation and let yourself burn there until only the real remains. Don’t expect to die once and be done. Release again and again.
You are the answer
Your body is holy. Desire and excitement are those light posts lighting the way even when future is dark/uncertain. This path is one of cultivating a deep level of self trust and going within to discover your unique blueprint. You will learn about the different layers of your being, and practice connecting to both your erotic creature and your higher self, and learning how these two want to play together.
Demystifying masculine/ feminine
This module is all about connecting with each essence, the masculine and the feminine within you. All of us have both, and it is important to do the healing and clearing work to free these energies from parental influence to become sovereign within these energies inside of ourselves. You will also be guided in reconciling with the primordial Divine masculine and feminine energies. You will learn how to recognize the wounded and exalted archetypes of each, masculine and feminine, however they show up for you.
Divine union within
Ah, polarity integration. A commitment ceremony held in the alchemical chamber of the heart. The heart is the portal where our earthly and heavenly aspects converge. All of the practices that have stretched the capacity of your nervous system and expanded your range have been preparing you for this, to hold the deep devotion and vast freedom simultaneously. It wasn’t until I decided to marry my masculine and feminine that I started to feel grounded AND activated. As this union came together so too was I integrating my light and dark, my erotic creature and my divinity playing together. As I integrated these parts, opposite ends of the spectrum getting closer and closer to convergence, all of these polarities intensified before integrating. The still point is within the chaos, and is found by choosing again and again to anchor in love. This is the moment of deep commitment to ourselves, our freedom, and our sovereignty. When we can sit in the center of things, aware of all the various directions we can go in (not compelled to move by anything external) we know we are moving from sovereignty.
Relational Intimacy
Relationships tend to be the place where the rubber meets the road when it comes to our internal work. It’s one thing, for example, to know how to be with the sensation of discomfort when you are alone, and it is another to hold that sensation of discomfort when you are in connection or conflict with another person or community. Knowing and staying with ourselves in a relational context requires a deeper embodiment. Plus, there are parts of us that we may not be able to access on our own. (We are wounded in relationship, and we heal in relationship.) You will come to understand conscious relating as a practice, a game if you will as well as learn practical tools for authentic communication and self expression.
Sacred Sexuality
When you have facility in moving between the masculine and feminine energies within you, you can play, in relationship, with animating one or the other to create more polarity (HEAT) in the connection. When you are deeply in tune with yourself and your own energy it becomes imperative that you have sex beyond the physical, sex that is highly energetic where you feel met physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Only when we trust and love ourselves completely can we give that level of trust and love to another. Only when we are able to give that to another, are we truly able to truly, deeply receive it. You will learn how to deepen in consciousness and love and what it means to merge beyond the physical and experience cosmic intimacy. This module draws on my studies of relational intimacy, yogic sexuality, and cosmic sexuality, and I look forward to doing even more research in the meantime ;)
Orgasmic alignment
Orgasmic alignment is practicable. It is a choice, made again and again, with the understanding that all of it is an inside job. The external world is a reflection of your internal world. This journey is about taking the universe that you are and consciously creating this inner world to call the outside world into alignment with your soul truth. You choose who you want to be in relationship to the present moment and align from there. Trust in yourself, which you have been cultivating through your practice this whole time, is everything. The week before this we do 1:1 calls before a final group Closing Ceremony.
